I just had to scrap these photos. My 2 year old loves playing in the dirt, our torn up yard is his dream! Not so much his mama's but we are working on it. In the meantime I'm glad someone is loving it.

A Long Hiatus Layout A Week: Week 17-20

After a much needed vacation and a few weeks spent replacing siding on our home and painting it, life is finally mostly back to normal here. I apologize for the long break!

I have been working on layouts though. I've been creating simple templates and using them to scrap some simple layouts. I don't know about anyone else but I take way, way more photos of my kiddos than I'll probably ever be able to actually scrap, but I still want to present them nicely in my scrapbook. So I thought I would share them and some of the templates for you to use as well.

And a couple free templates for you! 

To download, click on the template, then right click and select save as. Be sure to save it as a .png image so it has a transparent background.

Layout A Week Challenge: Week 16 Free Buttons and Bling!

I am falling behind, so there will probably be two layouts this week to catch up!

I am so, so ready for it to be summer, right now it is only 64 degrees here though (yuck!) Since it's cold I figured I might as well get a summer-ish layout done.

I used a patterned paper from the Water and Sunshine Kit. Which can be found in the shop.

Layout A Week Challenge Week 12: Free Easter Egg Clipart

I'm happy that Easter is a little later this year. I feel like it came and went too quickly last year.
I put together some simple Easter Eggs for everyone to enjoy.

Layout Share: Living History

I love when a group of pictures tells the story of what happened so well that you don't have to journal much. I wanted to make the pictures the main focus so I used the Subtle Cream Paper Pack for this layout and didn't add too many embellishments.

Layout Share: Shark Attack

This is my latest layout. I wish the photos I had taken got the entire shark, but I couldn't back up far enough to get it. Oh well! This layout used papers from the Water and Sunshine Paper Pack and Ombre Chevron Paper Pack. The seashell embellies are from the Beachside Embellishment Set.

Layout Share: Super Aiden!

I love all the photo opportunities associated with Halloween and Aiden's Super Hero costume has been one of my favorites so far. How else would I get a chance to do a super hero themed layout? The papers are from various Rainbow Collection Paper Packs which you can find in the shop here.

Layout Share: Easter Best

This is my latest layout featuring my favorite scrapbooking subjects: my boys! I have a hard time using flowers on the boys layouts but figured with blue and grey and the fact that it is an Easter layout that I could get away with it. I made the layout for the Layout A Week challenge in the forum if anyone wants to join in. It sure does help me get at least some scrapping done.
