I buy from you on a regular basis and I always get what i want.
I do check your site everyday and am occasionally frustrated when I miss a deal. That is, however, the nature of a daily deal. I wish you could combine shipping more effectively, as your shipping costs sometimes negate the savings.
I am totally addicted to Kindred!! I check everyday and am a regular buyer. I'm up early so very seldom do I come across a "sold out" item that I would have loved to have. Thank you so much for all you do!

I check daily and buy frequently! I love the deals on this site. Since I check the site EARLY most mornings I don't usually run into the "sold out" problem.
I check daily and buy fairly often. I like the suggestion about combined shipping. It would be helpful if we could add our stuff to a cart, submit the order weekly or so, and have it shipped all at once to help save shipping charges.
I check your site on a regular basis, and have been a 'regular' customer, for the most part.
However, I run into the "SOLD OUT" message more often than I would like. I noticed that you post the "Daily Deals" After 1am your time, which is After 3am my time.
If I am still up,and not yet a zombie, I always check your site. Although, even then I will still run into the Old Deal sometimes.
I think it would be helpful if you could post your deals at Midnight(your time)and if not, then 1am SHARP, so those of us out East can rely on finding the "New Deal" at that time.
And when I check the site next day, I find deals are often gone by 8-9am!! I read where others say they don't usually run into this problem. Don't know the answer to that one.
As a relatively new user of this site,I've noticed a few 'oddities' happening with the "Deal".
For example,at times it almost seems like there is some "inside trader" messaging going on b/w members @ the Deal,esp.if the deal happens to be a Popular Brand like A.C. "Thickers",Basic Grey etc. I mean these are gone so fast, even when I happen to check right after the time posted, they are GONE! Very Frustrating to say the least.
Also,concerning the "store", I continue to have a hard time combining Deals with Store items. Also, clicking on Store items which are shown, almost always brings up "can't be found" or something similar, and it is hard to buy,even when listed as NEW ITEMS FOR MAY,and I AM logged in!!

I usually don't get a chance to check ur site till late in the day so most stuff is already sold out. It would be great to see more quantities or maybe even a different item if the first one sold out. Btw, love your site! Even if I can't buy, still love looking at it! :)
I love your site but I quite often come across something that is sold out (and always something I would have wanted!) It does get a bit frustrating as I am not able to check the deal until midday and usually it is gone by that time. It would be great if you could stock a few more! I would then be able to send you more of my scrappin' cash!
Love your site and I have purchased from you before but I often miss out on items because they are sold out so soon. Perhapas you could occasionally post new items later in the day for those of us who cannot get here early? And I really like the idea of combined shipping, as was suggested earlier.
